Warehouse Clerk

  • Receiving of parts and supplies
  • Organize parts and supplies for projects in logical order
  • Follow procedures for storeroom security and inventory maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that parts and supplies are readily available for use on the scheduled projects
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate with Purchasing or Project Managers as needed on reorders or related issues

Experience/Education/Skills:

  • Must have previous experience with computerized inventory systems
  • Previous daily operation of a parts crib a definite plus
  • Previous experience in the marine industry a definite plus
  • Previous daily forklift experience a plus
  • Must be flexible and adaptable especially in regard to shifting project schedules
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and be a team player

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able and willing to regularly lift up to 30lbs and occasionally lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able and willing to work in a non-climate controlled work environment
  • Must be able and willing to wear protective clothing as required (eyeglasses, gloves, clothing, respirators, dust mask)
  • Must be able and willing to use any hand tools necessary to perform job assignments

Work Schedule:

  • While we reserve the right to adjust schedules to suit legitimate business needs, the bulk of our team members work 7am to 3:30pm
